5.39. The bonus is always awarded by DOXXbet. The player has no legal right to be awarded the bonus. DOXXbet decides who to award the bonus to according to the rules and conditions of the bonus system.

5.40. DOXXbet may award a player a bonus in the form of a free bet. Such a bonus is not directly credited to the player's account and does not increase its balance, but is used as the amount of the deposit for a bet when selected by the player under the conditions. DOXXbet may condition the use of a free bet on the amount of the odds, specific events, the amount of the total odds, the number of events, as well as the type of opportunities that the bet may contain. DOXXbet may credit the free bet to the player's account, loyalty account or directly to the Sportbox based on a scannable barcode from promotional materials.

6. Closing the bet

6.1. Odds bets can be placed via:

a) Internet gaming system

b) Sportbox

How to place a bet

6.2. The player makes his own selection of tips from the odds offer via the interface in the online gaming system or Sportbox. The selection of tips includes the identification of the event (in particular the name of the sport, the name of the league or tournament, the names of athletes or teams, an extended description of the opportunity, the selected tip and the odds.). In the selection of tips, the player selects the type of bet and the amount of the stake per bet. Based on the rules of this HP, the system displays the possible winnings from the selected selection of tips. To place a bet, the player must confirm his selection of tips by pressing the "Bet ticket" button, after which the player is immediately informed in the interface by a message whether the bet has been placed or about the reason why the bet has not been placed.

6.3. DOXXbet may enable the player to place a bet by customizing the interface in the online gaming system so that adding tips takes place in the background of the system. In such a case, the player does not see the details of the intended bet. In these interfaces, the stake for the bet is predefined by the player or the system. After selecting at least one tip, the "Bet ticket" button or its icon is available in the interface.

6.4. In the interface serving for accelerated bet closing (so-called QuciBets), the bet is closed immediately after the player clicks on the selected opportunity tip. The stake for the bet is predefined in the amount of 1 EUR, which the player can change. The tip already selected by the player in the opportunity cannot be changed.

6.5. Bets are placed:

a) for an internet gaming system from the player's account from which the bet deposit is deducted,

b) for Sportbox from the credit from which the bet deposit and the handling fee are deducted,

6.6. Unused credit can be:

a) pay via credit card,

b) transfer to a loyalty account

c) transfer to player account

6.7. Confirmation of a placed bet from Sportbox is issued to the player via a printed ticket referred to as a ticket.

6.8. The status of a placed bet can be verified on the Sportbox via the ticket by scanning its barcode or manually entering the code from the ticket. The ticket is valid for 30 days from the evaluation of the last opportunity. After this date, the right to win expires. Unpaid winnings are forfeited to DOXXbet.

6.9. A ticket or credit card becomes invalid and it is not possible to perform a transaction on it if any other transaction has already been performed previously.

6.10. In case of reasonable suspicion (unauthorized manipulation on Sportbox, theft of a ticket or credit card), DOXXbet has the right to withhold payment for a period of 14 days.

6.11. DOXXbet is not responsible for the correctness of the data, such as grammatical errors or the accuracy of the information provided, such as sports statistics and ongoing information and results service. The nature of this data is only informative and it is not possible to claim placed bets on their basis.

6.12. A closed bet is approved when its acceptance is confirmed by DOXXbet via the gaming system or Sportbox. An approved closed bet is available in the ticket history in the player account or loyalty account.

6.13. DOXXbet reserves the right not to accept a bet or part of a bet deposit, even without giving a reason. During the bet approval process, the player's bet deposit from the player's account or Sportbox credit is reserved until the final assessment of the bet by DOXXbet. If DOXXbet does not accept the bet, this reservation is returned to the player's account or, in the case of Sportbox, to credit.

6.14. Placed bets are subject to the terms and conditions of HP in force at the time the placed bet was approved.

6.15. A placed bet will be void and the stake refunded if it is determined that due to a data transmission failure, the date and time of placing the bet cannot be identified, or the necessary player data is missing.

Cancelling a bet

6.16. A player may cancel a placed bet (except LIVE bets) under the conditions set in advance by DOXXbet, no later than 10 minutes from the moment of its approval or after the expiry of the time period specified above, the acceptance of bets (or the settlement) for any of the events included in the bet will be terminated. DOXXbet reserves the right to deny the bet cancellation function to selected players or a specific Sportbox.

Course offer

6.17. Events, opportunities, tips and odds are published based on the decision of DOXXbet in the online gaming system and Sportbox in the list marked odds offer. DOXXbet has the right not to include events, opportunities, tips and odds or to exclude them from the odds offer, or to specifically limit them (e.g. by changing the odds, the maximum bet amount, including the tip in a mandatory combination with other tips, etc.), even without giving a reason.

6.18. To identify a team, player, league, tournament, competition, opportunity and tip, DOXXbet may use an international, national or Slovak language mutation.

6.19. To identify the competition, DOXXbet may use a simplified description in the odds offer without the need to include the exact names of the leagues and other sponsorship terms.

6.20. If the national team name has a different name, mainly due to sanctions from governing sports bodies, then in the odds offer for identification, DOXXbet may use only the name of this state (e.g. Russian Olympic Committee, the form Russia may be used).

Self-restrictive measures

6.21. DOXXbet will prevent a player from placing a bet that exceeds the limit set by him in the self-limiting measure. If the player has set a loss limit, it will prevent him from continuing the betting game from the moment the set loss limit is exceeded.

6.22. The player may set limits for his/her placed bets in the player account in the online gaming system in the "My Account" section and the "Responsible Gaming" section, or upon request sent to DOXXbet. In this way, the player may determine and change the maximum amount that he/she may use to place bets or lose during a period of one calendar month.

6.23. The setting of tightening the self-restrictive measure (lower limits) shall become effective no later than 24 hours after the setting by the player or from the moment of notification of the change in the online gaming system. The setting of easing the self-restrictive measure (higher limits) shall become effective on the seventh calendar day from the time the player entered the easing of the self-restrictive measure.

6.24. A player may only change self-restrictions once per calendar month. A value of 0 is considered to be no limit for the purposes of the restriction.

7. Betting rules

7.1. If DOXXbet uses sports terminology without a detailed explanation of the rules (e.g. 1st period, breakball, hawk eye, frame, inning, etc.), it is guided by the interpretation of the rules as established by the relevant governing body.

7.2. The date and time of the event is determined by DOXXbet regardless of the actual start of the event.

7.3. It is not permitted to combine supporting events and opportunities. DOXXbet reserves the right to determine whether events and opportunities are supportive of each other or not.

7.4. DOXXbet may at any time set a limit on the maximum stake amount per bet for a particular event.

7.5. The minimum stake in a closed bet in an online casino is EUR 0.50 and in the case of a self-service terminal EUR 0.47. In the case of a single combination in a spread and group bet, the stake is EUR 0.01, but even in this case, the total sum of all stakes from these combinations must be at least equal to the minimum stake.

7.6. The maximum winnings per placed bet are EUR 150,000.

Types and types of bets

7.7. A single bet is an odds bet placed on one or more betting opportunities. We distinguish 2 basic types of single bets:

a) solo bet (the ticket contains only one tip)

b) combined bet (the ticket contains several picks, the odds of which are multiplied into the total odds)

7.8. A spread bet is a set of multiple simple bets. It serves to facilitate the creation of multiple simple bets, as it allows you to create a number of simple bets at once according to the specified criteria for combining selected betting opportunities. The calculation program lists the possible number of possible combinations. For example, in the 3/5 spread, the computer lists all combinations of three tips from the selected 5 tips. There are up to 10 such combinations. In a spread bet, the stake per bet is equal to the sum of the stakes from the listed combinations. The number of possible system bets depends on the number of expected results and the selected system principle. Each combination according to the individual combined odds has its own resulting odds, stake and therefore the corresponding win. The calculation program is limited by the maximum limit of possible combinations.

7.9. A group bet is a type of spread bet. The difference from a classic spread bet is that combinations are formed not of individual betting tips, but directly of groups of tips (a group consists of 2 or more tips).

Basic opportunity types

7.10. An opportunity with two possible outcomes:

Tip 1 – means the victory of the team, athlete, etc., which is listed first in the event title. This tip can be specified by the description home or by the name of the athlete, team, etc.

Tip 2 – means the victory of the team, athlete, etc., which is listed second in the event title. This tip can be specified by the description of the guest or by the designation of the athlete, team, etc.

7.11. An opportunity with three possible outcomes, expanded to 6 options in the case of so-called double picks:

Tip 1 – means the victory of the team, athlete, etc., which is listed first in the event title. This tip can be specified by the description home or by the name of the athlete, team, etc.

Tip X - a draw, i.e. a tie

Tip 2 – means the victory of the team, athlete, etc., which is listed second in the event title. This tip can be specified by the description of the guest or by the designation of the athlete, team, etc.

Double tips:

Tip 1X – means that Tip 1 or Tip X will occur. This is a non-loss of the team, player, etc., listed in the first place in the event.

Tip X2 - means that Tip X or Tip 2 will occur. This is a non-loss of the team, player, etc., listed in the event in second place.

Tip 12 - means that Tip 1 or Tip 2 will occur. The point is that there will be no draw in the opportunity.

7.12. Opportunity with another, unlimited number of tips, for example:

accurate result,

bets on individual statistical performances of athletes in a match,

individual or team placement (win, 3rd place, 10th place, etc.)

7.13. DOXXbet may also list other special types of opportunities where the name of the bet determines a clear outcome in the opportunity, such as:

a) Handicap (or Handicap) - in this type of opportunity, one of the opponents is given a certain fictitious advantage in advance (e.g. 1:0). The valid result for a handicap bet is then calculated by adding this fictitious advantage to the official result achieved in the relevant competition in regular playing time (unless otherwise stated in the opportunity description). For example, a handicap in a football league match Arsenal vs. Manchester City 0:1 means that Manchester City was given a fictitious advantage of one goal in advance. If Arsenal wins the match by two goals or more, the handicap match will end with Arsenal winning. If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal, the handicap match will end with a draw. If Arsenal draws the match or loses by any margin, the handicap match will end with Manchester City winning. So in our case, if Arsenal wins the match 4:1, the handicap match will end with a result of 4:2 for Arsenal. If Arsenal wins the match 2:1, the handicap match will end with a draw 2:2. If Arsenal draws the match 1-1, the handicap match will end with a score of 1-2, meaning Manchester City will win.

b) Duel – a fictitious match between two teams or competitors selected by DOXXbet within one type of sport (e.g. in football). The result is determined by the number of goals scored, or by another specified criterion, which the teams or competitors achieve (e.g. the number of points scored by players in basketball) in their matches, usually held on the same day and during regular playing time (unless otherwise stated in the bet description). For example, if in the top English football league the match Arsenal vs. Manchester City ends 3:5 and in the top German football league Bayern Munich vs. Borussia Dortmund ends 2:1, then the duel Arsenal vs. Bayern Munich will end with the result 3:2 for Arsenal.

c) Who is better - in this type of opportunity, the overall (who is better in the race) or partial (e.g. who is better after the first round) placement of the competitors in this race is compared within one competition. For example, if in a Formula 1 race Norris finishes in 3rd place and Verstappen in 7th place, the bet "Who is better in the race" Norris vs. Verstappen will be evaluated as 1:0, i.e. a win for Norris.

d) Number of goals (points, games, shots on goal, cards, aces, rebounds, etc.) – with a possible under or over bet, in this type of bet the sum of all goals scored by both teams is compared to a set limit. Only goals scored in regular playing time are counted in the match (unless otherwise stated in the bet description). For example, if in the NHL hockey match Montreal Canadiens vs. Dallas Stars the limit is 5.5 goals in the match - over/under and the match ends with a score of 4:2, the sum of these goals is 4 + 2 = 6, so the guessed bets will be for the 5.5 goals in the match - over bet.

This type of opportunity can also be set for just one team or one athlete.

e) Odd / Even - an opportunity to predict whether the final total of goals, points, sets, games, cards, corners, etc. in a match will be an odd or even number. If no goal, point, corner, card, etc. is scored in a match, the winning bet is "even", i.e. if the total is 0, it is considered an even number.

f) Draw No Bet - an opportunity to predict which team will win, but without the possibility of a draw. In the event of a draw, the bet is void. The Asian notation, which is a handicap with a value of 0 (zero), may also be used in the odds offer for this opportunity.

g) Asian handicap - in this type of opportunity, one of the opponents is given a certain fictitious advantage, while the bet allows you to predict only one of the two opportunities. Depending on the type of advantage given to the opponent, we distinguish three basic types of Asian handicaps: full, half and quarter handicaps.

Full handicap - in this type of opportunity, one of the opponents is given a lead of a full goal, point, game, etc., for example:

Arsenal vs. Manchester City Asian Handicap -1/+1

Bet on Arsenal -1

If Arsenal wins by 2 or more goals – the tip is guessed

If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal - the bet is void.

If Arsenal draws or loses by any margin – the bet is a no-win

Bet on Manchester City +1

If Manchester City draws or wins by any margin - the tip is guessed

If Manchester City loses by exactly one goal - the bet is void.

If Manchester City loses by 2 or more goals - the bet is not guessed

Half Handicap - in this type of opportunity, one of the opponents is given a lead of a goal, point, game, etc. expressed in half values, for example:

Arsenal vs. Manchester City Asian Handicap -1.5/+1.5

Bet on Arsenal -1.5

If Arsenal wins by 2 or more goals - the tip is guessed

If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal - the bet is a no-win

If Arsenal draws or loses - the bet is not guessed

Bet on Manchester City +1.5

If Manchester City draws or wins by any margin - the tip is guessed

If Manchester City loses by exactly one goal - the tip is guessed

If Manchester City loses by 2 or more goals - the bet is not guessed

Quarter Handicap - when evaluating an opportunity, the value of the specified limit "H", which is the average of the values specified in the opportunity entry, is added to the actual goal difference (the goal difference in favor of the home team will have a + sign and in favor of the away team a - sign).

In the opportunity entry, for example, + 0.5 and +1.0 will be specified; so H = + 0.75. The limit H is written including the sign, for example: in the entry - 0.5 and - 1.0 it means that the limit H = - 0.75. The evaluation of individual opportunities will proceed exactly according to the specified rules:

Home team opportunities are evaluated as follows:

● actual goal difference + H >= + 0.5. The tip is guessed

● actual goal difference + H = + 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to (1+ original tip odds)/2.

● actual goal difference + H = 0. The bet will be void.

● actual goal difference + H = - 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to + 0.5.

● actual goal difference + H <= - 0.5. The tip is not guessed.

Away bets will be settled as follows:

● actual goal difference + H >= + 0.5. The tip is not guessed.

● actual goal difference + H = + 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to + 0.5.

● actual goal difference + H = 0. The bet will be void.

● actual goal difference + H = - 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to (1+ original tip odds)/2.

● actual goal difference + H <= - 0.5. The tip is guessed.

h) Asian number of goals. When evaluating an opportunity for Asian numbers of goals (points, games, etc.), the value of the specified limit "H", which is the average of the values specified in the opportunity entry, is subtracted from the actual (total) number of goals.

The opportunity entry will state, for example, + 2.5 and + 3.0; so H = 2.75. If only one number is specified in the entry, this number is the specified limit H. The evaluation of individual Opportunities will proceed strictly according to the specified rules:

Multiple goal opportunities will be evaluated as follows:

● actual number of goals - H >= + 0.5. The tip is guessed.

● actual number of goals - H = + 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to (1+ original tip odds)/2.

● actual number of goals - H = 0. The bet will be void.

● actual number of goals - H = - 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to 0.5.

● actual number of goals - H <= - 0.5. The tip is not guessed.

Under goals bets will be settled as follows:

● actual number of goals - H >= + 0.5. The tip is not guessed.

● actual number of goals - H = + 0.25. The tip is guessed, but the original tip odds are changed to 0.5.

● actual number of goals - H = 0. The bet will be void.

● actual number of goals - H = - 0.25. The bet is guessed, but the original odds of the bet are changed to (1+ original odds of the bet)/2.

● actual number of goals - H <= - 0.5. The tip is guessed.

i) Compound opportunities - these are opportunities that contain multiple picks within one tip. These picks are separated by a slash or in another way (for example, a conjunction "and"). The order of the picks is identical to the order in the name of the opportunity. All containing picks must be guessed for such a tip to be a winning one. Example:

Result / Number of goals 2.5

1st Half / Match – Result / Match – Number of Goals

Result / Both teams to score

Half Time / Result / Number of Goals 2.5

For example, if the bet is "Match - Result / Both teams to score" and the match ends with a home win 2:0, the guessed bet is "Home/No" because the "Home" bet means a home win and the "No" bet means that only one team scored.

Changing a bet tip in a closed bet

7.14. DOXXbet has the right (but not the obligation) to offer the player a change of the tip in a closed bet. A closed bet where a change of tip has occurred replaces the previous closed bet in accordance with the validity of these HP. The previous closed bet becomes invalid and is available in the ticket history view.

7.15. Adding a tip to a closed bet means adding a new tip from the odds offer, where the potential winnings will be increased by the product of the odds from this added tip.

7.16. Removing a tip in a closed bet means removing a tip, where the potential winnings will be reduced by the proportion of the odds from this removed tip.

7.17. Closing a tip in a closed bet means that the evaluation of the tip will no longer have an impact on this closed bet. On such a bet, the potential winnings will be reduced by the share of the odds from this removed tip and at the same time the total odds on the bet will be reduced by the margin that DOXXbet will offer the player for acceptance at that moment.

7.18. A player in a closed bet can add, remove and close a bet or multiple bets at the same time during one adjustment. With each bet adjustment, the bet is recalculated according to the rules of the bet adjustment.

7.19. DOXXbet reserves the right not to approve changes to picks in a closed bet, as well as to determine which picks can be added, removed and closed. DOXXbet may limit the number of possible changes to picks in a closed bet.

7.20. DOXXbet reserves the right to cancel the validity of any modified bet that violates the provisions of the HP, especially if a bet has been added, removed or closed, where the evaluation of this bet was already known at that time.

Alternative odds bets

7.21. Special type of bet – is a type of bet in which, after meeting predetermined conditions, the original total odds are changed (alternative winning odds). Detailed conditions for such a type of bet are published on the operator's website in the "Bonuses and promotions" section, at least 3 days before the start of validity and at least 30 days after the end of validity. These are the following types of bets:

a) XXL ticket evaluation - In a closed bet, there is a percentage increase in the potential winnings. The percentage increase depends on the total number of tips. Only tips that meet the specified conditions are counted in the total number of tips.

b) Compensation - A potential win will arise in a single bet if it contains one missed pick. The potential win is calculated as a multiple of the stake on the bet and the value resulting from the conditions at the time the bet was placed.

c) Odds advantage - A closed bet contains a Bonus Odds. When selecting tips in a simple bet, the player selects the Bonus Odds via the interface in the online gaming system or Sportbox. The Bonus Odds is a value that multiplies the total odds in the closed bet. At the time of acceptance of such a closed bet, the player is deducted a number of loyalty points that corresponds to the value of the selected bonus odds. The value of the bonus odds and the value of the number of loyalty points are determined by the conditions valid at the time of closing the bet.

d) Super Chance - A closed bet contains a tip from an opportunity that has the description "Super Chance" or "SŠ". A Super Chance is a duplicate opportunity in the odds offer, which may have different odds values. The player is allowed to place a bet only if he also meets the specified conditions that are defined for the player's chosen opportunity marked Super Chance. A closed bet can contain only one opportunity marked Super Chance.

LIVE betting

7.22. Live betting allows the player to place a bet shortly before and during an ongoing event. DOXXbet will accept odds bets even after the event has started. Live betting is provided by the DOXXbet Live Betting service and the closed bet bears the designation “LIVE” or another graphic element (e.g. “L”). From the moment the bet is placed, its submission to the approval process is delayed by a protection limit set by DOXXbet. Only after this protection limit has expired is the bet sent to the approval process. The second countdown of the protection limit is displayed in the online gaming system or Sportbox immediately after the bet is placed.

7.23. DOXXbet is not responsible for the fact that it is not possible to place a bet and/or if the update of the Live event status is not correct.

7.24. In the event that a price is removed or changed during the protective limit, such bets will not be accepted and the player will be informed of this. This does not apply if the player has set a tolerated acceptance of price changes.

8.Virtual games

8.1. A virtual game bet is a type of odds bet on virtual sporting events that DOXXbet may offer to players in the online gaming system and via Sportbox. Virtual sporting events do not take place in a real environment, but are a computer representation of an event(s) with a result generated by a random number generator.

8.2. DOXXbet may accept odds bets on the following virtual sports according to a valid certificate: basketball, football, tennis, horse racing and greyhound racing. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to all forms of betting on virtual games, unless otherwise stated. The listing of individual virtual games, the order in which they are listed, their odds, as well as determining the betting limits for individual virtual games, is fully within the competence of DOXXbet.

8.3. In the case of Sportbox, individual events, opportunities, tips, odds and current statuses of sports events are displayed on the relevant screens depending on the selected type of virtual sport. In the Internet gaming system, this is a comprehensive display depending on the selected type of virtual sport. Before the start of a virtual sports event, the time for accepting bets on a betting event is indicated. This is the time until which a bet on a given event can be placed. In the virtual gaming system, an automatic random process is launched that determines the outcome of the virtual game depending on the probability set by the odds. Subsequently, an animation of the shortened course of the match, race or race with the specified outcome of the virtual game is projected on the Internet gaming system or Sportbox screens. After the animation is projected, the result of the predicted virtual game is displayed on the Internet gaming system or Sportbox screens, which is considered to be the official publication of the result of the virtual game, on the basis of which the subsequently placed bets are evaluated.

8.4. Bets placed on virtual games cannot be combined with other real-life event opportunities from the odds offer.

8.5. DOXXbet may offer various types of opportunities in virtual games according to the relevant provisions of these GTC in connection with a specific sport.

8.6. DOXXbet reserves the right to decide whether virtual games will be available on a particular Sportbox.

8.7. In the event of power outages, loss of image and other circumstances beyond our control that do not affect the course of the event in the system, all bets placed remain valid, and in such a case the officially published result is considered to be the result stored in the DOXXbet database. If the system fails to evaluate or generate virtual games for technical reasons, the virtual games are considered to be cancelled and the tips are voided.

10. Bet evaluation

10.1. The result of an opportunity is the result issued by an official source (association, sports organization, league union, etc.), verified by DOXXbet. Based on this result, the tips in the opportunity are evaluated. The result will be entered no later than 48 hours from the official publication of the result. In the case of virtual games, where the result is decided on the basis of random number generation within 24 hours from the publication of the result.

10.2. The results are usually published in the online gaming system and Sportbox. The status of the tip evaluation is always essential and binding for the evaluation, and not the information score or other informative data given for the event.

10.3. For regular time opportunities in events with a predetermined playing time, the official result is considered to be the result achieved after the end of this playing time (including extra time), regardless of extra time, penalty shootouts or individual penalties. Opportunities for such tips may not have any marking in the bet description, or may be marked in the bet description as "Regular Time" or with the abbreviation "RHČ".

10.4. For final result opportunities in events with a predetermined playing time, where in the event of a tie only overtime is decisive, or for bets in which other elimination criteria other than overtime are not included, the official result is considered to be the result achieved after the end of regular playing time including overtime. Opportunities for such bets are marked in the description as "Including Overtime" or with the abbreviation "VP".

10.5. For final result opportunities in events with a predetermined playing time, where in the event of a tie not only extra time but also other elimination criteria are decisive, the official result is considered to be the result achieved after the end of regular playing time, including extra time, penalty shootouts, individual penalties, golden or silver goals. Opportunities for such tips are marked in the description as "Final Result" or with the abbreviation "KV".

10.6. On occasions when the outcome of an event is not decided within a fixed playing time, but according to other criteria (e.g. reaching a certain number of points, sets, games, frames, innings, etc.), the official result is considered to be the result achieved after this criterion has been met.

10.7. In the case of events where the official result is considered to be the official result, the evaluation of the event is based on this result published after the match, race, etc.

10.8. In the event that the official playing time is set to a different length than the standard playing time in a given sport (most often, for example, in friendly matches, youth tournaments, etc.), the official result is considered to be the result achieved after the expiration of this playing time (including the set minutes). DOXXbet is not obliged to inform the player about this fact.

10.9. The official result in an opportunity is considered to be the result achieved according to the above-mentioned criteria, regardless of any additional changes such as default, disqualification, penalty, etc., unless otherwise stated in the specific evaluation rules.

10.10. The official result of the race is considered to be the official result list published after the race. Protests filed before, during or after the race, as well as other changes such as default, disqualification, penalty, etc. may be taken into account, but only until the podium announcement of the winners. Later changes to the result list are not taken into account. If the podium announcement of the winners does not take place, the opportunities are evaluated according to the first published official result or according to how the competitors finished the race.

General evaluation rules

10.11. Classification in a race is considered to be achieved when a competitor completes the prescribed number of competition disciplines or rounds of the race in order to be placed in the official final result list in a classified position.

10.12. In the case of a "Who is better in the race" bet, both competitors must start the race in order for the bet to be evaluated according to the official result and not be annulled. The winner of the "Who is better in the race" is the competitor who is placed in a better position in the official final result list. The same applies to "Who is better" bets on a partial result (e.g. who is better in the first round of the slalom).

10.13. If a competitor is disqualified during or after the race (but no later than the podium results announcement), or if a competitor does not finish the race for any reason, bets on his overall placing (e.g. winner, 3rd place, etc.) are void. In the event of a duel "Who is better in the race", the winner will be the second of the pair of competitors, if he is placed in the official final result list in a classified place. Disqualification during the race is also considered a disqualification in the qualification for the main competition. The same applies to the event "Who is better" for a partial result.

10.14. If in an opportunity for overall placement (e.g. winner, 3rd place, etc.) two or more competitors achieve the same result and at the same time these competitors are placed in the same place in the official final result list, the winnings are paid in full. This means that the winnings are not divided in the event of the same placement.

10.15. If the race is won by a competitor or team not on the list of participants on which the bet is placed, all the “Overall Position - Winner” opportunities are evaluated as not guessed (unless the “Other Winner” option is placed). Similarly, if the option ends with a result other than those on which the odds are placed, all the options are evaluated as not guessed (unless the “Other Result” option is placed).

10.16. For closed opportunities of a long-term nature (e.g. final placement in a competition), the official result is not affected by a change in home advantage, a change in the proposition of the race, the competition during its course, an extension of the playing date, the withdrawal of a participant, etc.

10.17. If a competition is shortened (e.g. in cycling, motor racing, ski jumping) or terminated prematurely (e.g. due to a crash in the race, adverse weather conditions, etc.), but a valid official result is nevertheless declared, bets remain valid and are evaluated according to this official result published by the competent authority. This provision does not apply to competitions with a predetermined playing time.

10.18. In the event of "Top scorer of the team" or "Top scorer of the tournament" and similar types of events (best scorer, most points, etc.) on specific athletes, goals scored during overtime are also included in the result, but not goals scored in penalty shootouts or individual shootouts. In the event that several athletes score the same number of goals and it is their value that determines the evaluation of the tip, in this case the tips will be annulled and only for these athletes. This rule does not apply to the event, which was entered in the odds offer as a duel (athlete vs. athlete) and at the same time contained a tip for achieving a draw.

10.19. If several races (e.g. two downhill races) or matches (e.g. in baseball) take place in one competition at the same location within a short period of time, but only one event is listed in the odds offer, the subject of the bet is always the first one, unless otherwise stated in the bet description.

10.20. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the event or opportunity, bets always refer to the final phase of the competition, not to the qualification for the main competition, heats, heats or other partial results. All competitors, i.e. even those who do not advance to the final competition, are evaluated according to the official final result list published after the matches or races. If a team or competing athlete does not advance to the final phase of the competition due to withdrawal or disqualification, bets placed containing opportunities on them will be void.

10.21. If more than one team starts in a race for the same country (e.g. Slovakia 1 and Slovakia 2), but the odds offer only lists the name of one team without a numerical selection (e.g. Slovakia), this team is considered the first selection (i.e. Slovakia = Slovakia 1).

10.22. If a team of both men and women starts in a certain competition, and the men's and women's competitions have the same name (e.g. Super League - Men and Women, U19 Qualification - Men and Women, etc.) but only one competition is listed in the odds offer, without indicating whether it is men or women (e.g. Super League, U19 Qualification, etc.), then this competition is considered a men's competition.

10.23. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the opportunity or in the specific rules for evaluating bets, the result achieved in regular playing time always applies.

10.24. If an opportunity is defined by a precise time interval, then the relevant time for the evaluation is when it actually occurred and not when any other related event that may precede it occurred. For example, a corner kick will be awarded within the interval when it actually occurred and not when the ball crossed the goal line.

10.25. If the description of the opportunity does not specify which part of the game it is (e.g. match, 1st half, 2nd period, 3rd quarter, etc.), the opportunities always relate to the result of the match.

10.26. If various additional, superstructure parts are played within a competition (e.g. playoffs, playouts, matches for placement, play-offs for promotion, relegation), DOXXbet has the right to state only the basic name of the competition without these additional designations for the sake of simplicity of registration.

10.27. Exceptions to the general rules for the evaluation of bets, as well as additional information to these rules, are set out in the specific rules for the evaluation of bets, which take precedence over the general rules for the evaluation.

Specific evaluation rules

Football

10.28. In cases involving card penalties, only cards awarded to an athlete currently playing (the so-called athlete in the game) are counted for the purpose of betting. Cards awarded to coaches, members of the support team, athletes who are not currently playing at the time of the card penalty (substitute, substituted, etc.) or awarded after the end of the match do not count.

10.29. If the description of a card-penalty occasion states the playing time as "Regular playing time" or "RHČ", cards awarded outside this time do not count. The moment of the referee's whistle is crucial for defining the playing period (half-time, break, end, etc.).

10.30. The following rules apply to goal scoring opportunities in a match:

a) If an athlete enters the match, the chances of that athlete scoring a goal are properly evaluated. Bets placed remain valid regardless of how long the athlete is on the field. Participation in the match is considered if the athlete intervenes in the game at any time.

b) Only goals scored into the opponent's net in accordance with the rules are valid, meaning that disallowed goals (e.g. offside situations) do not count, nor do own goals.

c) If only athletes who are not on the list of athletes on whom odds are posted score a goal in a match, all odds on the listed athletes who will play in the match are unmatchable (unless the tip "Other scorer" is posted).

d) If the match is prematurely terminated, the opportunities for goal scorers who score in the match before the premature termination and at the same time if circumstances arise under which it is obvious that the athlete could no longer enter the match, the opportunities are properly evaluated according to the result achieved.

Ice hockey

10.31. In betting on Canadian scoring in a match (will an athlete score a goal, point, assist, etc.), the following rules apply:

a) If an athlete enters the game, his individual performance opportunities are properly evaluated. Opportunities remain valid regardless of how long the player is on the ice. Participation in the game is considered if the athlete intervenes in the game at any time, that is, if the athlete has at least 1 second in the official record of the event.

b) Only goals scored into the opponent's net are valid, i.e. own goals do not count. In the case of an own goal, the goal is attributed to the athlete of the opposing team who is listed as the scorer in the official scoresheet of the event.

c) If the match is prematurely ended, bets on who will score a goal (point, assist) in the match before the premature end and at the same time if circumstances arise under which it is obvious that the athlete could no longer participate in the match (e.g. due to exclusion until the end of the match), then the opportunities are properly evaluated according to the achieved result.

d) In the event of "Team Top Scorer" or "Tournament Top Scorer", etc., goals scored during overtime are also included in the result. If the match is decided in a shootout, only those goals scored in a shootout that the official body (e.g. IIHF, NHL) has included in the score list of the given athlete in its official statistics are included in the result. In such a case, these bets are evaluated according to the official statistics published by this body. If it is not possible to determine only one winner, bets with athletes who have scored the same number of goals (points, assists) in the tournament will be void.

Tennis

10.32. For the purpose of determining the number of games in a match, one tiebreak and super tiebreak shall be considered as one game.

10.33. If an athlete does not start a match for any reason (e.g. due to injury), all bets on such match are void.

10.34. If an athlete withdraws (scratches) during a match (plays at least one fifteen), bets on the match outcome in the event of an opportunity are void. If the opportunity is listed as "including scratch", bets placed on the match outcome in the event of a scratch remain valid and in such a case, bets placed on the outcome of the athlete who withdraws from the match (scratches the match) are evaluated as an unguessed bet and the athlete who remained in the match is evaluated as a guessed bet. However, partial opportunities may be evaluated if they were played before disqualification, e.g. first set - result, first set - exact result, etc., or if the opportunity was played completely before disqualification, e.g. first fifteen, first game, first ace, etc.

10.35. If an athlete was disqualified during the match (plays at least one fifteen), a tip on the result of the match of the disqualified athlete is evaluated as an unguessed tip. A tip on the result of the match of an athlete who was not disqualified in the match is evaluated as a guessed tip. However, partial opportunities may be evaluated if they were played before the disqualification, e.g. first set - result, first set - exact result, etc., or if the opportunity was played completely before the disqualification, e.g. first fifteen, first game, first ace, etc.

10.36. If a match does not start for any reason or is not completed by the official end of the tournament, e.g. due to adverse weather conditions, the match outcome opportunities are void. However, partial opportunities may be evaluated if they were properly completed before the interruption (e.g. first set - result, first set - correct score, etc.), or if the bet on the given opportunity was realized before the interruption (first fifteen, first game, first ace, etc.).

10.37. If the name of the surface is incorrectly stated in tennis (e.g. hard court is stated instead of clay court), all bets are void. However, this provision does not apply if tennis matches are moved to another surface for any reason (e.g. due to adverse weather conditions).

10.38. In the following cases, bets are not voided but remain valid:

a) changing from an indoor court to an outdoor court or vice versa,

b) change of venue of the match,

c) if the event does not start on the scheduled date, or is postponed to another date, or is interrupted. In such a case, the match shall be officially played, completed or a decision on early termination shall be made. This decision must be made no later than the official end of the tournament.

Baseball

10.39. If the match does not start for any reason within 8 hours of the last event closing time, the bets on the match result are void. In this regard, all opportunities and their bets related to this event (e.g. number of points, handicap, etc.) are also void. DOXXbet will not postpone the event closing time to a later known date, but bets are re-listed.

10.40. If a match is interrupted for any reason and is not completed within 12 hours of the last closing time of the event, the opportunities and their tips on the outcome of the match are void. Other opportunities related to this event may be evaluated if they were properly completed before the interruption, or if the tip on the given opportunity was carried out before the interruption, or if it is possible to derive a decisive criterion for determining the outcome from them.

10.41. If a match is abandoned but a valid official result is nevertheless published (e.g. a certain minimum number of innings is played), the opportunities remain valid and are settled according to this official result. Other opportunities related to this event may be settled if they have been fully played and completed by the time of the interruption, or if the bet on the given opportunity has been made by the time of the interruption, or if a decisive criterion for determining the result can be derived from them.

Athletics

10.42. If an athlete advances but does not enter the next phase of the competition, bets placed containing picks on this athlete are void.

10.43. If an event does not start on the scheduled date (even after 24 hours from the last event closing time), or is postponed to another date (even later than the next calendar day), or is interrupted (and does not end within 24 hours from the last event closing time), the event is held until the official completion, completion or decision on early termination of the event. This decision must be made no later than the official end of the athletic event, otherwise the bets are void.

Combat sports

10.44. All opportunities are evaluated according to the result announced in the ring immediately after the match. Protests filed after the match, as well as other changes such as default, disqualification, etc., are not taken into account.

10.45. Any withdrawal or disqualification of one opponent in a match is evaluated as his loss and at the same time a win for the opponent.

Chess

10.46. If the chess player with white pieces is not listed first in the event, bets on these selections are void.

10.47. Any withdrawal or disqualification of one opponent in a game is considered a loss for him and a win for his opponent.

Table tennis

10.48. In the case of "rebound" opportunities, only the rebound of the ball, after which the rules allow the continuation of the rally in progress, is counted. When serving an athlete, the first rebound on his own side of the playing table is also counted.

Cricket

10.49. If a match, including breaks, lasts longer than 24 hours, the opportunities remain valid and are evaluated only after the official completion, completion or decision on early termination of the match. This decision must be made no later than 5 calendar days from the last closing time of the event, otherwise bets are void.

Motorsport

10.50. In the “Who is better in the race” event, both riders must start the race and finish in a classified position in order for the events to be evaluated according to the official result and not be cancelled. The winner of the duel is the rider who is placed in a better position in the official final result list. If neither of the pair of riders finishes the race and neither of them is placed in a classified place in the official final result list (unless a price is listed for the event), the tips are cancelled. The tips are also cancelled if one of the pair of unclassified riders completed more laps in the race, or if he was in a better position before being eliminated.

10.51 If a race is restarted, all opportunities remain valid regardless of how many restarts there are in the race.

10.52. If the race is started with a Safety Car phase (e.g. due to adverse weather conditions), this phase is not considered a Safety Car phase for settlement purposes (e.g. in bets such as “Will there be a Safety Car phase during the race” or “Number of Safety Car phases during the race”, etc. this phase will not be recognised).

10.53. In the bet "Leading driver of the race after the first lap", all drivers on a given occasion for which odds are published (e.g. driver starting from Pole Position, driver starting from 2nd place, driver starting from 3rd place, etc.) must start the race, otherwise the bets are void. Of the other drivers, it is sufficient if at least one other driver from the starting field starts the race. If the race is started with the Safety Car phase, or one of the drivers for whom the bet with odds was published starts from the pits, all bets are void.

10.54. If a Virtual Safety Car phase occurs in a race, this phase is not considered a Safety Car phase for evaluation purposes (e.g. in an opportunity such as "Will there be a Safety Car phase during the race" or "Number of Safety Car phases during the race", etc.) and will not be recognized.

10.55. In the event of "Number of vehicles that do not finish the first lap of the race", only vehicles that start the race are taken into account. Vehicles that do not start the race are not included in this number.

10.56. In the event of "Vehicles of one team will take first and second place in the race", at least one team from the entire starting field must start the race with both vehicles, otherwise the bets are void.

10.57. If a rider does not finish the race, but nevertheless is placed in a classified place in the official final result list, his result achieved in the race is considered valid.

10.58. If a rider does not finish the race and does not place in the official final result list in a classified place, bets on his even/odd placing in the race are void.

Snooker

10.59. If a match, including breaks, lasts longer than 24 hours, bets placed will remain valid and will be settled only after the match has officially been played, completed or a decision has been made to end the match early. This decision must be made no later than the official end of the tournament, otherwise bets will be void.

Olympic Games

10.60. Participation in the competition is also considered to be a start in the elimination rounds or in the qualification for the main competition. However, a start in training is not considered to be a participation in the competition.

10.61. If a competitor does not start the final competition and there are odds on the competitor in connection with the final discipline, bets on this competitor are void.

10.62. If an event does not start on the scheduled date (even after 24 hours from the last event closing time), or is postponed to another date (even later than the next calendar day), or is interrupted (and does not end within 24 hours from the last event closing time), bets will be held until the event is officially completed, completed or a decision is made to end the event early. This decision must be made no later than the official end of the Olympic Games, otherwise all bets will be void.

Winter sports

10.63. In slalom, giant slalom, alpine super combined, Nordic combined, ski jumping and other skiing disciplines that are usually divided into two competition rounds, the result of the “who is better in the race” opportunity is valid if at least one competitor completes the race, or part of it (e.g. round 1). The following rules apply to the evaluation of this opportunity:

a) if both competitors finish the race, the winner of the who is better opportunity is the competitor who finishes the race in a better position,

b) if one competitor is eliminated and the other competitor finishes the race, the winner of the who is better opportunity is the competitor who finishes the race,

c) if both contestants are eliminated in the 2nd round, the winner of the who's better opportunity is the contestant in the better position after the 1st round,

d) if both competitors do not qualify for the 2nd round, the winner of the opportunity to be the better is the competitor in the better position after the 1st round,

e) if one competitor is eliminated in the 2nd round and the other competitor does not qualify for the 2nd round, the winner of the who's better opportunity is the competitor in the better position after the 1st round,

f) if one contestant is eliminated in the 2nd round and the other contestant does not advance to the 2nd round, the winner of the who's better opportunity is the contestant in the better position after the 1st round,

g) if one contestant is eliminated in Round 2 and the other contestant is eliminated in Round 1, the winner of the who's better opportunity is the contestant who is eliminated in Round 2.

10.64. If a multi-lap race is shortened to a single lap and an official result is announced, bets remain valid.

10.65. In ski jumping and Nordic combined, the height of the hill (eg HS134) is for informational purposes only. If the height of the hill changes before or during the competition, bets remain valid.

10.66. If an event at the World Championships does not start on the scheduled date, or is postponed to another date, or is interrupted, the event will be held until the official completion, completion or decision to end the event early. This decision must be made no later than the official end of the event.

Non-sports bets

10.67. If a participant (candidate) does not participate in the event or withdraws, bets on his/her placement (winner, top 3, etc.) are losing bets. Other bets on this participant, such as the "Who's better" duel, electoral preferences, etc., are void.

11. Type annulment

11.1. Cancelling a bet means that the relevant bet is subsequently removed from the bet, i.e. the bet is assessed as if this bet was not included. In such a case, the cancelled bet is marked as correctly guessed and the odds of this bet are replaced with 1.00. The new total odds are then recalculated accordingly.

11.2. DOXXbet reserves the right to correct obvious errors that occur when entering odds, including technical or human errors, as well as intentional manipulations. In the event of a clear odds error, even after the event has ended, the company has the right to void tips that contain an incorrectly set odds. This measure applies to all players who placed a bet during the period when the odds were incorrectly set, regardless of whether the tip was guessed or not. Mathematical evidence of a betting error may include an analysis of the odds in comparison with historical statistics, expert models and winning probabilities, as well as a comparison of odds with other bookmakers. If the quoted odds turn out to be significantly different from what was expected based on these analytical tools, this may be a clear error.

11.3. Players must act as independent individuals when placing bets. If DOXXbet suspects that some players are closely connected when placing bets and act as a group, or a series of placed bets on a single betting event are placed by one or more players in a suspiciously short period of time, or bets are placed by another person on order and/or on behalf of them, such bets may be voided, even if this is discovered after the event has taken place.

11.4. Misunderstanding the substance of a bet placed does not entitle the player to void the bet. In case of any ambiguities, the player has the right to ask DOXXbet for an explanation of the opportunity before placing the bet.

11.5. A bet can only be cancelled in the following cases (including possible exceptions):

a) If a competitor or team does not participate in the competition. Specific rules for the evaluation of bets may specify in more detail what is considered participation in a given competition.

b) If the event does not start for any reason within one calendar day of the last event closing time (a different time may be specified in the specific rules for evaluating bets). This means that if the event was supposed to start, for example, on 10.01. at 15:00 and does not start by 11.01. at 23:59, without the event closing time being subsequently changed by DOXXbet, bets are void. In this context, all tips related to this event are also void (e.g. first half, first period, number of goals in the match, exact result of the match, etc.). However, DOXXbet has the right to move the event closing time to a later known date, but by a maximum of one calendar day. This provision does not apply if the event deadline is intentionally moved by DOXXbet to an earlier date than the time of the official main competition due to qualification for the main competition, warm-ups, warm-ups, official or unofficial training sessions, as well as other facts that could affect the order in the competition (e.g. in athletics, cycling, motor racing, swimming, winter sports, etc.). In such a case, the event deadline may be adjusted several times and moved to several calendar days. This point does not apply to tennis events.

c) If an event is interrupted for any reason after its start and is not completed within 36 hours from the last event closing time (a different time may be specified in the specific rules for evaluating bets). The exceptions are matches whose duration, including breaks, often exceeds 24 hours (e.g. cricket, snooker), as well as tennis matches, where the official decision on the completion or termination of the match is waited for. Partial results will not be voided if they were properly completed before the interruption (e.g. first half, first period, number of goals in the first half, etc.), or if the bet on the given opportunity took place before the interruption (e.g. first goal, first corner, first yellow card, etc.).

d) If an event is prematurely terminated, in an opportunity where it is not possible to evaluate based on the actual result achieved, all its tips are voided. This provision also applies to an event where the sporting rules predetermine a minimum mandatory achieved result (e.g.: number of sets, games, points, etc.) and therefore the voiding occurs even if the combination of the actual result played and the potentially predetermined result could lead to the fulfillment of the criterion for evaluating the opportunity.

e) If the event is not officially concluded (ie no valid official result has been declared) or is cancelled.

f) If the result of the event is declared invalid by the relevant jury or commission. However, the decision on the invalidity of the results must be made no later than the official end of the event. Later changes are not taken into account.

g) If the event takes place earlier than the stated date of its holding. Tips accepted before the start of the event are valid. Tips accepted during the event and after its completion are void. This provision does not apply to LIVE betting. Some types of opportunities can be placed even after the competition has already been played, for example: long-term bets (e.g. overall winner of F1, winner of the highest English football league, etc.), bets on the progress of play-off matches, or matches played in rematches (however, the event deadline must be no later than the start of the next play-off match, as well as the start of the next first or rematch match, otherwise bets accepted after the start of these matches are void), bets that are placed on the remainder of a match that has been played, which is interrupted for some reason (e.g. snooker match O'Sullivan Ronnie vs. Selby Mark, extra time at 12:8 for frames, etc.).

h) If an event is incorrectly published in the offer by DOXXbet and the error concerns the material nature of the bet (e.g. instead of Manchester United, Manchester City is listed). A minor error in the name of the event is not a reason to void the bet (e.g. instead of Manchester United, Manchester United is listed).

i) If the home team is incorrectly stated in the event title (not stated first or on the left side in the odds offer). This provision does not apply to an event played on neutral ground, tournament matches at a pre-determined location, etc. However, DOXXbet is not obliged to state in the bet description that the event will take place on neutral ground. Neutral ground is not considered to be the place where a team plays its match elsewhere due to: reconstruction of its own field (stadium, hall, etc.), adverse weather conditions or unsuitable terrain, insufficient capacity of its own field (high interest from spectators), low interest from spectators, voluntary waiver of home advantage, directive decision of the competition governing body, which determines that the team plays its home matches outside its headquarters or. state (e.g. in the event of a natural disaster, adverse political situation, war conflict, etc.).

j) If a competitor is disqualified before the race or before qualifying for the main competition, bets on his overall position (e.g. winner, 3rd place, etc.) and also on the "Who is better" duel (in the race as well as on the partial result) are always voided. In the event of a "Who is better" duel (in the race as well as on the partial result), where both competitors are disqualified, the tips are always voided regardless of whether one of the competitors is disqualified before, during or after the race (but no later than the podium announcement of the winners), as well as before, during or after qualifying for the main competition.

k) If in an opportunity intended for multiple events at the same time (e.g. game day, game round) at least one event is voided based on other rules in the HP regarding voiding, these bets will also be voided. This does not apply to an opportunity where, based on the achieved result, the material essence of the opportunity for its evaluation has been fulfilled and a decisive criterion for determining the result can be derived from them.

l) If in the "Who is better in the race" opportunity both competitors achieve the same result and at the same time both competitors are placed in the official final result list in the same place (unless a tip with odds is listed for the given opportunity). This provision does not apply to opportunities for overall placement (e.g. winner, 3rd place, etc.). If despite the same point, time or other result the competitors are not placed in the official final result list in the same place, the opportunities are properly evaluated according to this result list. The same procedure is followed in the case of the "Who is better" opportunity for a partial result.

m) If in a duel "Who is better in the race" neither of the two competitors finishes the race and neither of them is placed in the official final result list in a classified place (unless a tip with odds is listed for the given occasion). However, partial results may be evaluated if they were properly completed.

n) If in a combined opportunity, at least one of the picks is voided based on HP rules.

o) If the description of the opportunity indicates that in the event of a specific outcome, the bet will be voided or the stake refunded.

p) If the odds are incorrectly entered due to technical or human failure, such that a combination of these tips can result in a clear win.

q) If it is obvious that a bet was placed, closed or accepted by DOXXbet in error.

r) If there is a suspicion that an event has been manipulated (e.g. due to suspicious bets on the event, or the event is the subject of an investigation by the relevant commission). DOXXbet has the right (but not the obligation) to void the tips for such an event before the result of the investigation by the relevant commission is known, regardless of whether the later result of this investigation proves an attempt to manipulate the betting event or not.

s) If supporting odds are combined on one ticket. DOXXbet reserves the right to determine whether the odds are supporting each other or not.

11.6. DOXXbet reserves the right to void bets if a serious technical or other error occurs that causes the outcome of the opportunity to be already known at the time the bet was placed.

11.7. DOXXbet reserves the right to void tips on an early paid bet if there was an incorrect evaluation of a tip, an algorithm error, or if it was possible to change a closed bet to an early paid bet due to technical reasons and a technical error at a time when the result of a tip in a closed bet was already known.

11.8. DOXXbet does not allow different player account holders from the same household and/or family to place bets that are identical. An identical placed bet in this context means the same picks or different opportunity picks in the same betting event. If a player violates the above prohibition, DOXXbet reserves the right to void the picks according to the rules in these Terms and Conditions.

11.9. If any other situation occurs that is not described in the previous points or in the general rules for evaluating bets or in the specific rules for evaluating bets and cannot be assessed according to these rules.

12.Loyalty program

12.1. The loyalty program (BETKLUB) is a service in the online gaming system and Sportbox, in which the player collects and subsequently exchanges these accumulated points for prizes, receives free bets, or other rewards according to the rules set out in the relevant section under the title "Loyalty Program". The condition for the player's participation is to have a loyalty account set up.

12.2. Participation in the loyalty program allows the player to transfer funds between the loyalty account and the player account, provided that the player has paired these accounts in the online gaming system in the section entitled Loyalty Program.

Creating a loyalty account

12.3. A loyalty account is automatically created for the player after the successful creation of a player account. If the player does not have a player account, he/she requests the creation of a loyalty account by sending a request to the operator or by filling out the registration form. The operator will process the request and, no later than 14 working days, will provide the player with an opinion on the player's contact details provided by the player as to whether or not a player account has been created. The request can be sent to the e-mail info@doxxbet.sk or by delivery note to the operator's address. The registration form is available to the player via the self-service terminal menu or the mobile application called DOXXbet karta.

12.4. A loyalty account will not be opened for persons under the age of 18 and persons registered with the RVO pursuant to the Gambling Act. For this purpose, DOXXbet will check the potential registration of the person creating a loyalty account with the RVO.

Loyalty card

12.5. To access the loyalty account on Sportbox, a physical or virtual loyalty card is used, which allows logging in to the loyalty account using the technical facilities in Sportbox.

12.6. At the player's request, a physical loyalty card will be sent to him no later than 30 days after his request.

Loyalty account cancellation

12.7. The loyalty account may be cancelled based on the player's request, which he/she sends to the operator by e-mail to info@doxxbet.sk or in writing to the operator's address. The operator will process the request and inform the player about the cancellation or reasons for not canceling the loyalty account within 14 business days of receiving the request. The loyalty account is considered cancelled only at the moment of delivery of the notification to the player.

13. Complaints procedure

13.1. The player may file a complaint by sending an e-mail to info@doxxbet.sk. DOXXbet will try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. DOXXbet will notify the player of the resolution of the complaint in writing to the e-mail address provided by the player when filing the complaint.

13.2. A complaint can be filed no later than 30 days from the date of the event that is the reason for filing a complaint, with the exception of the Live Dealer game, where the record is kept for 10 days and therefore the complaint must be filed no later than 9 days from its occurrence.

13.3. The complaint must contain the player's name, surname and address for receiving documents, the player account identifier (login or registration code), a brief description of the event complained about, and information defining the bet or transaction (name of the online game, date, time, amount, transaction number).

13.4. Ignorance of the rules set out in this HP or their subjective interpretation does not constitute a legitimate reason for filing a complaint, and when deciding on any disputes, the fact that the player does not understand the HP rules cannot be taken into account.

13.5. In the event of disputes regarding a bet on an online game, the authoritative data will be stored in the DOXXbet database.

13.6. Complaints regarding payments must be supported by proof of payment. Without the provision of appropriate documentation, such complaints will be considered null and void.

13.7. DOXXbet is not obliged to handle complaints regarding a player's complaint against another player for any reason. DOXXbet may, at the player's initiative, take action against a person accused of unlawful conduct or intent to violate the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

13.8. If the player does not agree with the handling of the complaint by DOXXbet, he may file an objection and is subsequently entitled to proceed further in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

13.9. When handling a complaint, DOXXbet proceeds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the Gambling Act and other generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. In cases not resolved by these General Terms and Conditions, the decision of DOXXbet is binding on the player. The player acknowledges that this does not invalidate his right to assert his rights at the relevant institutions.

14. Special and final provisions

14.1. In addition to the Gambling Act and these GTC, the player is obliged to always comply with generally binding legal regulations that apply to his participation in the DOXXbet online game.

14.2. According to the AML, DOXXbet is an obliged entity subject to the AML defined rights and obligations in preventing and detecting money laundering and terrorist financing.

14.3. The Player is obliged to immediately notify the Operator of any changes to his/her identification data, including, but not limited to, changes to his/her name, surname, address, contact details, bank account or other data provided during registration. Failure to notify of changes may lead to restriction or suspension of the possibility of using the services, as well as to inevitable legal consequences.

Safety

14.4. DOXXbet reserves the right to conduct verification at any time to confirm the player's identity, age, registration details provided by the account holder, to verify how the account holder plays gambling games and to verify his financial transactions due to possible violations of these GTC, the Gambling Act and AML.

Responsibility

14.5. DOXXbet is liable for damages caused to the player in the course of operating gambling games in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, even if they were caused by third parties that DOXXbet has authorized to perform certain activities related to the operation of gambling games. However, DOXXbet is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise to the player due to: force majeure; power outage; commercial or labor dispute, action or omission of any state authorities or state administration bodies; blocking or failure of telecommunications services; or other delays or failures caused by a third party or based on another fact beyond the possible control of DOXXbet, i.e. damage that was not caused by DOXXbet or the persons it has authorized to perform activities in the course of operating gambling games. In cases according to the previous sentence, DOXXbet is entitled to cancel or suspend the provision of services without incurring any liability for this action (for cancellation and suspension of services).

14.6. The rights and obligations of DOXXbet and players that are not regulated in this game plan are governed by the Gambling Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, the AML, the Civil Code and other generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
